Ingredients:
- 2 - 8 Oz Bags White Cheddar, Shredded
- 2 Bricks Cream Cheese/ Nufchatel, Softened
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 3, 4 oz Jars Diced pimentos, drained
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Low Country Hot Sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook bacon and chop, reserving bacon grease.
In mixing bowl mix all ingredients until mixed. Add 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
Serve on crackers.
