Pimento Cheese Spread


  • 2 - 8 Oz Bags White Cheddar, Shredded
  • 2 Bricks Cream Cheese/ Nufchatel, Softened
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 3, 4 oz Jars Diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Low Country Hot Sauce
  • Black pepper to taste


Cook bacon and chop, reserving bacon grease.

In mixing bowl mix all ingredients until mixed. Add 2 tablespoons bacon grease.

Serve on crackers.
